At Encore Bank, we are committed to giving back to the communities we serve and improving the financial well-being of the individuals who live there. We have a team that is dedicated to planning, coordinating, executing and tracking these efforts across our footprint.
Our Community Outreach Team focuses on providing financial literacy and financial resources to individuals and small businesses. The team connects potential clients with our Mortgage and SBA departments to identify the most beneficial products to meet their needs, including access to capital, down payment assistance, credit repair assistance, etc. The team is also responsible for coordinating all our “Encore Gives Back” projects and initiatives.
