Encore Bank Names Hunter Norton as Fayetteville Market President
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 30, 2022) – Encore Bank is pleased to announce Hunter Norton has been promoted to senior vice president and market president for Fayetteville, Ark. Norton steps in for Chris Howe, who remains as Encore’s regional president for Northwest Arkansas and chief lending officer.

Norton’s prior role at Encore Bank was senior vice president and commercial relationship manager – a role he held since November of 2019. While in this role, he helped establish Encore’s presence in the Fayetteville market and developed strong relationships with the businesses in the area. Before joining Encore Bank, he served as a commercial lender for First Security Bank for nearly seven years. Norton has 18 years of banking experience and a bachelor’s degree in financial management and investments from the University of Arkansas. He also has a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
