Encore Appoints Greg Lewis as Chief Deposit Officer

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 16, 2023) -- Encore Bank today announced the appointment of a Chief Deposit Officer, a newly created position for the bank. Encore has appointed Greg Lewis, an experienced banking executive with more than 28 years in banking.

In his new role, Lewis will be responsible for overseeing the bank's deposit growth strategy. He will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the bank’s product and service lineup and identifying new opportunities to expand the bank's deposit base.

Having spent the majority of his career in large and fast-growing financial institutions, Lewis has developed a reputation of being a visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to build and grow businesses. He most recently served as the Chief Deposit Officer for Maplemark Bank, where he was responsible for developing treasury and payments strategies, fintech partnerships / Banking-as-a-Service model and go-to-market approaches for small-to-middle market companies.
