What does your day-to-day look like? New business development regarding commercial loans, deposits, and treasury products
How did you end up in the banking industry?
I enjoy engaging with clients and providing the best capital solutions to help businesses grow
What or who led you to Encore? Craig Caldwell and I have known and worked with one another for the past 30 years and he was building a winning team with Encore Bank.
How would you describe Encore's culture as a whole? Collaborative culture with passionate people which fosters a fun environment to provide winning solutions to our banking partners.
How would you describe your work style? Persistent advocate to help client businesses achieve organizational goals.
What does Building Something Different mean to you? Integration of the best people with best practices and technology to provide awesome solutions to help client partners blossom from the acorn and become the mighty oak.

It's your day off, where can we find you? I enjoy travel, recreational boating, wine tours, and Texas Longhorn games.
Who is the most influential person in your life? My beautiful bride, who has such a generous spirit. Besides leading our family, she keeps us engaged in various volunteer opportunities in the community.
What are you looking forward to this year? Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a destination wedding celebration for my son in Feb 2022.
Give me a fun fact! During baseball season, I work with the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation fundraising to support programs for disadvantaged youth and families in the community.
